ShotPal is designed to be used without collecting any personally identifiable information. We do not ask for, access, or store any personal data from you or your child. This includes:

- Phone numbers
- Photos or videos
- Location data
- Device identifiers
- Contacts or calendars
- Any other information that could be used to identify you or your child.
The app functions entirely on your device without transmitting any personal data to us.
2. Non-Personal Information
The App Store may provide us with anonymous, aggregated data, such as the number of downloads or crash reports. This data is completely anonymous and cannot be traced back to any individual user. We use this information solely to improve the app’s performance and user experience.
3. Children’s Privacy
We take children’s privacy very seriously. Our App is designed for children and their parents. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other privacy regulations, we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately so we can promptly remove it.
4. In-App Purchases, Ads, and Third-Party Tracking
ShotPal is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases for premium features. All purchases are processed securely through the App Store and are managed by the parent’s App Store account.
The App contains no advertisements or third-party tracking tools. Your child’s experience will not be interrupted by ads, and their activity is not shared with any outside companies.
